Massage compensation is based on experience, hands-on skill, clinical ability, training, and therapist level within Wholesum. We’re looking for therapists who want to develop their craft and become part of the team — not simply pick up shifts. Compensation and therapist level are discussed with qualified applicants during the interview process.
