Subscription terms
- 3-month minimum commitment
- Continues month-to-month after the initial 3 months until canceled
- Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or in person with a Wholesum customer service team member through our approved process
- We do not accept cancellations by text message, voicemail, or verbal message left with staff
- Subscription payments are non-refundable
- Subscriptions and subscription credits are for the individual subscriber only and may not be shared, assigned, transferred, gifted, or resold
- Active subscribers receive unlimited Recovery Lounge access, including Normatec and infrared sauna, subject to availability and online booking
- Unused subscription credits roll over while the subscription remains active, up to a maximum bank of 3 unused credits
- After cancellation, any remaining subscription credits must be used within 90 days of the final billing date. Any unused credits after that time are forfeited
