Refund Policy

At Wholesum Kinetic Clinic, all gift cards and services are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you believe that you have been charged for a service that you did not receive, please contact our office, and we will gladly rectify any inaccurate charges. Please note that Wholesum Kinetic Clinic cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

It is the responsibility of the individual to keep track of their appointments as Wholesum Kinetic Clinic does not confirm or remind patients of their scheduled appointments. Any auto e-mail or text services we provide are offered as a courtesy. We cannot be held responsible for errors in contact information, including incorrectly inputted numbers or e-mails, messages sent to spam folders, or bounces from e-mail service providers.
For appointment cancellations, please do not use our online contact form. Instead, call us directly at 805.295.6033 to cancel your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

Wholesum Kinetic Clinic is not responsible for confirming or reminding patients of their scheduled appointments. Our auto e-mail service is provided as a courtesy, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors, including incorrectly typed e-mails, messages sent to spam folders, or bounces from e-mail service providers.

At Wholesum Kinetic Clinic, we highly value our patients and strive to create a relaxing, educational, and healthy environment. Our therapists treat everyone with respect and trust and kindly request the same in return. To ensure the best possible care, our therapists work limited hours each week.

If you are unable to make an appointment and certain circumstances arise, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation process. Please note that all appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the following policies:

– 1st “Late Cancel” or “No Show”: 50% of the service fee.
– 2nd “Late Cancel” or “No Show”: 100% fee of the original price of the missed appointment.
– 3rd “Late Cancel” or “No Show”: 100% fee of the original price of the missed appointment, and all future appointments may be subject to cancellation by us, potentially leading to the termination of our professional relationship.

Any subsequent appointments following these occurrences will be subject to a charge of the full fee of the missed appointment.

Please note that due to the significant discount offered with promotional deals such as Groupons, Wholesum Clinic reserves the right to charge a fee equal to the value of the purchased offer.

Groupons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to the full amount of the paid Groupon.

Memberships

Membership plans at Wholesum Kinetic Clinic may have their own specific terms and conditions regarding refunds, cancellations, and other related policies.

Modifications to the Refund Policy

– Wholesum Kinetic Clinic reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
   – Any amendments or modifications made will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
